Ordering
The order quantities are clearly displayed along with prices for the particular item and at this stage you can confirm the exact cost of the item which is fully inclusive apart from delivery costs and double check the item by clicking "More info".
Please note that you can, at any point, decide how to submit your individual design requirements (see "Submit Design" on the right-hand menu of any webpage). When you are ready to proceed just click on the "Add to Basket" button, and you can remove or add to items in the "Shopping Basket" before proceeding to our "Check-out" - then fill in the appropriate details which we need to check and confirm the order - and at this stage you are still not under any obligation to purchase. You will then be re-directed to the Secure Payment Gateway to confirm your order prior to payment.
Our Delivery Prices are calculated automatically at the checkout in accordance with the weight of the items, and are clearly shown prior to check-out.
We have listed all our products in specific quantities due to our suppliers costs which hopefully results in a competitive price for you and a straight-forward order quantity and delivery cost system without any nasty surprises at the checkout!
For the purpose of fraud protection and our online ordering criteria we reserve the right to refuse any supply of products should our secure banking system require or indeed advise that any payment is high risk. Should this be the case then a full refund will be made via the same card used for the purchase and no supply of products will take place.
Design Costs
There are no extra design costs, these have been accounted for in our pricing structure, we do ask for full payment at time of order whereby we can then confirm your design requirements from the information you provide to us on the "Submit Design Requirements" link (on any web page) or by your brief instructions entered on the order page (whereby we will contact you for further clarification of layout, logos, colours etc.) We aim to provide you with a visual proof for your approval within five working days, and should you be unhappy with the design then we will edit and amend the layout in accordance with your requirements to ensure you are satisfied with the final design prior to production and despatch of your order. Pennylane Promotions believe that your satisfaction is of utmost importance with all of our products, any order you place with us is for the prime intention of furthering your sales and building up customer confidence, we will therefore do our very utmost to ensure the final products are to your approval.
Payment
Payment is required before any order is processed and all transactions are processed through our Secure Trading Payment gateway which accepts most major credit and debit cards as well as the processing of Paypal transactions. We do not, at any time have access to or store your card details on our site.
Because security is a priority, SecureTrading currently offers a level of encryption that is stronger than any other Payment Service Provider. All communication within the SecureTrading system is strongly encrypted using 2048-bit Public/Private Key encryption with variable 168-bit session keys. This is many more times secure than standard browser SSL security.
The Secure Trading Gateway is certificated under the highest level of compliance (Level 1 compliant provider) under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
Pricing
Prices shown are in £ Sterling (GBP) and the prices you see are fully inclusive with the exception only of delivery costs which are determined by the weight of your particular order and this will be clearly shown on your shopping basket prior to proceeding through the check-out. Due to the fact that we are a focused and dedicated family business we are not a VAT registered company, however please be assured that you will still receive the necessary invoices and despatch notes for tax purposes.
Delivery
Upon receipt of your design instructions we will submit a visual proof via e-mail within 5 working days. We aim to despatch your items within 15 working days following approval of your design proof and subject to stock availability, we feel it important to point out however that despatch can often be achieved within 10 working days from proof approval.
Delivery is to one address in UK Mainland only and dependent upon the weight of your order it will be despatched via Royal Mail (1st Class) Recorded Delivery, Parcel Force 48 or via a third party courier.
Please contact us for delivery charge details to the Highlands, Offshore Islands, Ireland and Northern Ireland due to these zones not being classed as UK Mainland by Royal Mail and our carriers. For delivery costs to countries other than the UK please contact us for details.
Your goods may be delivered by separate instalments in the case of larger orders.
Should you be unable to accept delivery on the due date then the goods will be held at the local delivery depot for a three day period, should the items be despatched by carrier. Should your order be sent via. Royal Mail then, in accordance with standard Royal Mail proceedure for Recorded Delivery Items, if your order is not collected or arrangements put in place for re-delivery then the goods will be returned and stored at the place of despatch at your risk until re-delivery takes place. We reserve the right to make additional charges for any extra transportation required due to non-delivery or failure to accept delivery.
You will become the owner of the goods and responsible for risk of loss or damage for said goods once they have been delivered to you.
Availability
All orders are subject to availability and in the unlikely event of the stock not being available then we will notify you immediately to advise you of the expected delivery date and you will then be offered the opportunity of selecting an alternative product, leaving the items on back-order or cancelling the order (in which case a full refund will be payable to yourselves). We do however reserve the right to cancel any back-orders in the event of our suppliers discontinuing the particular product or being unable to provide a mutually acceptable delivery date, and any payment will be fully refunded to yourselves. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute products of a similar type but will notify you should this be the case.
